1: Membership card encoding: can use flat codes, spray codes, small bump codes, large embossed codes, etc. Large and small embossed sizes can be stamped in gold or silver. Note: Bulboss codes cannot be vertically displayed; non-standard cards cannot be embossed; matte cards (frosted cards) can only be printed with spray codes, not flat or barcodes.
2: If a gold or silver silkscreen background is required for membership card production, please specify specifically. If not specified, our company can only print directly according to the design color.
3: Membership card thickness: Unless otherwise specified, our company will print the standard thickness of 0.76mm.
4: Because membership cards have some color differences with each printing. If there are sample cards, they will be the main type, and the printing color should be as close as possible to the sample card, but it is still impossible to achieve 100%. If the customer has very strict color requirements and a large quantity of cards, if delivery time allows, coated paper should be applied first to confirm the printing effect. For orders with fewer than 10,000 sheets, impression printing, color difference within 10% is considered normal.
5: The color effect printed on the membership card may differ somewhat from that on a computer monitor. Even the same design draft may look different on different monitors (for example, it can look different on an LCD and a regular CRT monitor).
6: The thickness of the membership card lines must not be less than 0.076; otherwise, the printed lines will be hard to read.
7: The minimum distance from the membership card embossed code to the card edge should be 4-5mm; The distance from the magnetic stripe to the edge is 4mm, and the width of the magnetic stripe is 12mm.
8: Each character of the small embossed code on a membership card is 3mm, and each character of the large embossed code is 4mm.
9: Membership card text: symbol: Please convert the pattern to a curve.
10: Because membership cards use different printing media, the printed product may have some color difference compared to the computer-displayed or printed color draft. Printing is filled according to the CMYK color swatch; computer screen colors and printer print colors cannot be used as printing colors.
11: The background pattern or background color of membership cards should not be set below 8% to avoid being displayed when printing.
12: Membership cards with non-standard cards require separate mold making, resulting in a longer construction period and additional mold fees. Non-standard cards cannot use flat codes: barcodes are not allowed, embossed codes are not allowed, only spray codes are allowed.
13: The convex code on membership cards cannot be printed vertically; the convex code must not be parallel to the short side of the card, but only parallel to the long side.
14: For magnetic stripe ICID cards, specify the type of chip used: card thickness (thick card, medium thick card, thin card): white card or finished card (including printing), etc.
15: Membership card matte finish: add laser; use transparent material; add packaging bag, etc. Additional fees apply; please specify this when placing an order.
16: The design size of the membership card is 88.5mm×57mm including the bleeding slot; the finished product dimensions are 85.5mm×54mm.
17: The membership card file format should be CORLDRAW9.0 or PHOTOSHOP.
