In addition to functions such as volunteer information inquiry, service timing, and resource allocation, this voucher also includes several major functions, including credit and debit financial payment functions; The micropayment function for card payments at convenience stores, parking lots, and other micropayment merchants; When participating in volunteer activities, they enjoy an annual accident insurance coverage of 100,000 yuan; Shenzhen Tong travel functions, health card electronic medical record functions, and more.

　　"With the electronic volunteer card, not only does it make it easier for us to manage volunteers, but it also allows volunteers to reveal their identities at any time, which is a kind of motivation for them." A relevant official from the Municipal Youth League Committee told reporters that, according to the plan, the electronic volunteer certificate will be launched before the end of this year.

　　The electronic volunteer ID is only part of the informatization construction of the Volunteer City. According to the cooperation agreement, our city will also establish a volunteer information platform to centrally manage, store, and share data on volunteers' professional specialties, intended service positions, work or residence areas, and volunteer service durations, as well as information on social service organizations and project service positions, facilitating the connection between social service organizations, project organizers, and volunteers.

Citizens can use the digital map system to understand the situation of volunteers in their jurisdiction and submit service requests through the information system, enabling them to enjoy volunteer services without leaving home.
