The difference between white and gray cards on membership cards
Manufacturers often say that they use white material for membership cards, ensuring quality and genuine products. Then they say that unlike other manufacturers, which use gray materials, they are prone to quality issues. Indeed, white material is much better than gray material, but everyone will say: just because the manufacturer says they use white material doesn't necessarily mean they will actually use white material for you. So, what exactly is the difference between white and gray stone?

White Ingredients:
1: White material is pressed onto the surface of the board using a specialized vacuum laminating machine at a high temperature of 110 degrees, making it difficult to peel off.
2: The white material is completely non-toxic and odorless, causing no irritation to human skin or respiratory systems.
3: The whiter the white material, the better.
4: White material is polyvinyl chloride, a plastic product synthesized from 43% oil and 57% salt. Compared to other types of plastic products, white material uses raw materials more effectively, reducing fuel consumption. At the same time, the PVC white material manufacturing industry consumes very little energy. Moreover, in the later stages of PVC product use, it can be recycled and converted into other new products or incinerated to obtain energy.

Ash:
1: Ash is made by melting used white material at high temperatures.
2: The color quality of the ash material is very poor.
3: Ash is very cheap.

In short, membership cards made from ash will have a very dull and dull color, looking like paper. Cards made from white materials are prone to fading and have jagged edges, whereas membership cards made with white materials do not have these issues. However, white materials do have costs. If the customer demands a very low price and there is almost no profit margin, and the factory wants to take the order, it can only superficially agree to use white materials, while the actual materials used in the field are still gray materials, thereby reducing costs and gaining more profit margins.
