Instructions for using the membership card
1. VIP membership card is for personal use only, non-transferable, and must be presented at checkout;
2. Points cannot be exchanged for cash;
3. Points used to redeem prizes must come from the player's membership card and cannot be combined across different membership cards;
4. Prizes must be redeemed only after reaching sufficient points; otherwise, they will not be redeemed;
5. Under no circumstances can customers cancel redemption applications, and deducted points will not be refunded; 6. Prizes that have already been exchanged are non-refundable or exchanged for other prizes;
7.VIP points gifts are subject to the actual on-site poster at the store;
8. The cardholder is valid for two years. Upon expiration, the card will be applied for or replaced according to the company's current policies and procedures;
9. When exchanging points, the old card cannot be transferred to the new card;
10. When the validity period expires, the old card automatically becomes invalid.
