How different QR codes are sprayed onto membership cards
We know,Membership card productionIt is possible to apply the Erweima (Dual Wai Ma) in the middle, but making it so that each membership card has a different Erwei Ma is not that simple. Two-dimensional barcodes record more data than one-dimensional barcodes. They are high-density, high-information-rich portable data files, ideal for automatic storage, portability, and automatic reading of large-capacity, highly reliable information such as documents and cards. It can also record more complex data, such as images.
How can QR codes be made to show different images on each card? This is where digital printing comes in. Digital printing is different from offset printing. Digital printing allows variable printing, whereas offset printing is less flexible and can only print one layout at a time. For example: if you want to display 10,000 different QR codes on a membership card, offset printing would require 10,000 pages, so this method definitely doesn't work. Digital printing can implement these processes as long as a database is provided.

So, what are the main features of QR codes?
(1): Large information capacity
Depending on the bar-to-space ratio, each square inch can hold between 250 and 1100 characters. According to the international standard card usable area (equivalent to two-thirds the size of a credit card, about 76mm x 25mm), a QR code barcode can hold 1848 letter characters or 2729 numeric characters, totaling about 500 Chinese character information. This type of 2D barcode has information capacity dozens of times greater than that of ordinary barcodes.
(2): Wide encoding range
QR code barcodes can encode any digitized information such as photos, fingerprints, palm prints, signatures, voices, and text.
(3): Good confidentiality and anti-counterfeiting performance.
QR code barcodes have multiple anti-counterfeiting features. They can use password protection, software encryption, and use information such as fingerprints or photos for anti-counterfeiting, thus possessing strong confidentiality and anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
(4): High decoding reliability
The error rate for decoding ordinary barcodes is about 0.2 per million, while for QR code barcodes, the error rate is less than 1 in 10 million, making decoding reliability extremely high.
(5): Strong error correction capability
QR code barcodes use the world's most advanced mathematical error correction theory. If the damage area does not exceed 50%, information lost due to contamination or damage can still be decrypted as usual.
(6): Easy to make and very low-cost
Using existing printing technologies such as dot matrix, laser, inkjet, thermal/thermal transfer printing, and card machines, 2D barcodes can be printed on paper, cards, PVC, and even metal surfaces. The additional cost is only the ink cost, which is why QR codes are also called "zero-cost" technology.
(7): The shape of the barcode symbol can be varied
With the same amount of information, the shape of the QR code barcode can be adjusted according to the carrier area and art design
