The bleed slot is mainly used to prevent the card from being tilted during stamping. Chips and magnetic stripes can be installed on the membership card. 1. Inner frame size: 85.5mm * 54mm, outer frame size: 88.5mm * 57mm, card fillet angle 12 degrees.
2. Small convex font is size 13, large embossed font is size 16, can be represented in bold, and the small and large convex codes can contain spaces up to 19 bits. Embossed codes can be gold-foiled or other gold and silver types, and special requests can be personalized with embossed designs.
3. The margin between the raised code and the card must be greater than 5mm; the inner frame edge (top and bottom) of the magnetic strip separating the card should be 4mm, and the magnetic strip width should be 12.6mm.
4. Magnetic stripe card: Do not press the magnetic card on the back where the embossed code is designed, otherwise the magnetic stripe will not be able to be sold.
5. The raised code design should not press against the barcode on the back, otherwise barcode data cannot be read. Leave empty space on the barcode card according to the barcode model provided by the customer.
6. Color gradation: The ideal stage range is 18%-85%. If the highlights are below 18% or the dark tones are above 85%, the color gradient is poor.
7. The color modes should be C, M, Y, K, with pure black text on both sides or black background filled in K100, solid color blocks with white text, and white text should have white borders.
8. The thickness of the lines must not be less than 0.076 mm; otherwise, the print will not be presented.
9. The background pattern or background color should not be set below 8% to avoid failing to display the finished product during printing.
