Card Ordering Instructions
    Some friends come to us for IC cards but don't know how to place orders. Here, I will write down the process of placing an order to help other customers understand how to place orders.

1: The manuscript needs to be in CDR9 format. Converting from another format will have significant color differences because different software shows different colors with the same color value. You can directly use AI files to produce film, but you need to produce a dedicated version, since most clients use CDR formats. It's hard to wait every day for so many AI files to be used for patchwork.

2: The color values of the front and back in the manuscript are the same. The finished product will have color differences between front and back, because the front and back versions are not stacked on the same set of film; one set of film on the front and one set on the back are also visible. Also, when printing the back, you won't see the finished color on the front, and the front and back stamp sections are done at different times.

3: For single black base colors, if the color value is single black, the printed color will not be 100% black. If you want it to be very black, set it to four-color black. Set the CMYK value to 100, because during printing, only K dots on single black are 100, while CMY has no dots and no color. When printing four-color black, all CMYK dots are 100 dots and all colors are printed. It will definitely be very dark.

4: If the four-color black file contains small or fine strokes, there may be inaccurate alignment, because four-color black is CMYK printing with four strokes, so it needs to be inserted four times. If you add small and fine strokes, it may be misaligned, but large characters won't be the case.

5: If the screen printing sheet text is too small, it will be blurry or have rough edges when printed. It is recommended to use water film printing, as screen printing is used. The clarity is not as good as offset printing. If you use water-based film, the effect is basically similar to offset printing. Text printed in image format is not as clear as vector format and may have rough edges. It is recommended to add text effects within the CDR.

6: Our factory has very high product quality requirements and strict quality inspections, striving to ensure that no unqualified card reaches customers. Therefore, there may be a few cases during production. For those below 10%, our factory will only reduce the payment per sheet, while if it exceeds 10', we can make up or reduce the payment. Cards that make up counts will have normal color differences compared to cards made earlier. Since quantities under 25,000 sheets are all imposition sheets, meaning a large plate (25 small cards) will have many different colors pieced together, it is impossible to cover the colors of every card during printing, so some individual sheets may have color differences exceeding 10%. If the customer has strict color requirements, please be sure to notify the merchandiser to produce a dedicated version when placing the order to ensure the color is normal. Otherwise, our factory cannot and cannot be responsible for the color of the group order card, but we will do our utmost to avoid this. For orders over 10,000 contracts. Our factory produces according to copper plate samples to minimize color differences.

Because manufacturers and sellers have different understandings in these aspects, Moreover, some customers are not very familiar with the card production process. Therefore, our factory has formulated this cooperation guide for our partners, listing some aspects of the process that cannot be fully implemented during production to avoid communication issues and unclear responsibilities.
