    A PVC card is actually made from a single type of PVC material, with a standard size of 85.5*54*0.76mm. Therefore, products made from PVC material in this size are called PVC cards. PVC is essentially a type of plastic material that can withstand both extremely high and low temperatures. Therefore, plastic is used very frequently worldwide, with typical applications such as sewage pipes, doors, windows, and so on. Today, I will mainly talk about PVC cards.
    It is precisely because PVC material has the properties described above that PVC cards are very durable. Some high-quality PVC cards can be used for at least 10 years. During this time, the cards show no signs of damage. There are both good and bad parts. The bad part is that these PVC cards cannot naturally decompose, because once discarded carelessly, they are buried underground, and underground organisms will come to decompose them. 03. The standard size of PVC cards is 85.5mm x 54mm, with rounded corners. It can also be made in other sizes. 
04. PVC cards can be printed on either single or double sides, using screen printing or offset printing (CMYK four-color printing). 
05. Each PVC card can be sprayed with different numbers, PIN codes, or text. 
06. PVC cards can be added with signature strips or writing boards (areas where manual writing is allowed). 
07. PVC cards can be fitted with low-density or high-density magnetic strips (three-track magnetic strips) according to customer requirements. 
08. PVC cards can be embossed, and gold or silver stamping can be used on the embossed lines. 
09. Round or strip holes can be punched on PVC cards. 
10. Scratch strips can be printed on PVC cards (commonly used for recharge cards, phone cards, lottery cards, etc.). 
11. PVC cards can be labeled with various types of barcodes. 
12. The numbers on PVC cards can be arranged sequentially, or personalized or irregular numbers can be used. 
13. PVC cards can be made into square, round, and any other irregular shapes. 
14. The background color of PVC cards can be made in imitation gold or imitation silver. 
15. You can stamp PVC cards with gold or silver colors. 
16. The surface of PVC cards can be made matte or glossy, with a subsurface finish.
