Since many customers do not know how to cooperate with our manufacturer, we are now publicly sharing the cooperation process.

Many people always ask me, since we all contact online and have never met in person, can we accept cash on delivery? What should you do if your goods have problems? Can you use Alipay? What if I give you money and you stop making it for me? Can you collect payment on behalf of the customer? I will answer these questions here as well.

1: Is cash on delivery available?

Answer: No, it cannot. When the first card factory was established in the 1990s, there was no online banking or Alipay—reputation was all about it. Back then, the boss always promised cash on delivery to take customer orders, promising payment upon arrival, but once the goods arrived, they would find every excuse and excuse, like: 'Your goods have quality issues,' 'Your goods have defects,' and all sorts of excuses are found not to pay.

2: What should you do if your goods have problems?

Answer: Some people might say, what if your product really has a problem or something wrong? Before you make the payment, we will take multiple photos of the finished product. Modern DSLR cameras are very advanced, and the results are not much different from what we see with the naked eye. Therefore, after taking photos and confirming everything is correct, you will only ship the product after making the payment.

3: Can Alipay be used?

Answer: No, it cannot. Because all our products are custom-made, meaning that apart from customer A, no one else would want this batch. Alipay has a refund function, so this cannot guarantee the manufacturer's interests. If there are any issues with the product, please refer to point two.

4: What if I give you money and you stop making it for me?

Answer: Every company must comply with relevant laws and regulations. Before you make the payment, we will sign a business contract with you. After you confirm the contract is correct, we will sign and send it back before proceeding with payment. Only then can we confirm that you need to order this product. So there's no need to worry about money being given but not being able to deliver goods.

5: Can payment be collected on behalf of others?

Answer: No, it cannot. Many courier companies collect payments on behalf of others and take the money away. This happens too many times, so I won't list them all. After the customer handed the payment to the courier company's courier, the courier took the money and left, causing direct loss to the manufacturer. Smaller payments still need to be settled monthly. Payments that should have been collected by our factory won't be collected until the end of next month, which greatly inconveniences our cash flow.
