Essential knowledge customers must know when making VIP cards

1.VIP card productionAfter making effects, convert them to bitmaps; text, symbols, and patterns must be converted to curves.

2. Inner frame specification: 85.5mm * 54mm, outer frame size: 88.5mm * 57mm, card fillet angle 12 degrees.

3. Small bumps are in size 12, large in size 18, and can be represented in bold. Both small and large bumps can contain spaces up to 19 bits.

4. Magnetic stripe card: The position of the embossed code should not press against the magnetic card on the back, otherwise the magnetic stripe will not be able to be sold.　　

5. The inner frame edge of the provement code divider card is 5mm, the inner edge (top and bottom) of the magnetic stripe divider card is 4mm, and the magnetic strip width is 12mm.

6. The raised code design should not press against the barcode on the back, otherwise barcode data cannot be read. Leave empty space on the barcode card according to the barcode model provided by the customer.

7. Color gradation: The ideal stage range is 18%-85%. If the highlights are below 18% or the dark tones are above 85%, the color gradient is poor.

8. The color mode should be C, M, Y, K.

9. The background pattern or background color setting for VIP cards should not be less than 8% to avoid being displayed when printing.

10. The thickness of the VIP card printing lines must not be less than 0.076 mm; otherwise, printing will not be presented.

11. Before placing an order, the following items should be noted in the manuscript:

A. How many VIP cards are there in total? Which starting code to start from to enter the card number in order? Is the card number small bump, large bump code, flat code, or spray code? Does the card number require gold or silver stamping?

Or should you not use a hot color? How many signature strips are on the back? Should the card number or suffix-ending number "4" or "7" be removed? and more

B. If there are special card-making processes, they should be detailed in the order manuscript.

C. If the front has patterns or text that require gold or silver stamping, this must also be emphasized.

12. VIP card coloring must be done according to CMYK color books, computer screen colors, and printer printing colors; it cannot be used as printing color.

13. Because the card printing media is different, the printed VIP card will have some color difference compared to the color printed on the computer or the printed color draft.
