We are a professional manufacturer of NFC/RFID tags

2014-03-11 · The biggest challenge in making NFC/RFID tags lies in the production and procurement of antennas. If the production cost of antennas is high, the price of NFC/RFID tags will naturally be very high. Since we are manufacturers, these issues are minor because we produce all these antennas ourselves.

We are a professional NFC/RFID tag manufacturer. Our company owns a branch specializing in antenna production, so throughout the entire NFC/RFID tag production process, we have absolute advantages in price and quality. The process of making NFC/RFID tags is relatively simple: first, the antenna is made and brought back at our branch, then loaded onto our reverse packaging machine to fix the chip. After the antenna enters the reverse packaging machine, it comes out as an inlay, which can be considered a semi-finished product. It can also be considered a finished product, mainly defined based on the usage of each customer.

Some customers need to take the Inlay back for their own use, which is considered a finished product for that customer; some need to stick it onto other products, so for that customer it is a semi-finished product.

After making the inlay, we put it into the laminating machine for lamination. The laminating machine mainly has three layers: the first layer is new graft paper, the middle layer is inlay, and the bottom layer is 3M glue. After laminating these three layers together, they need to be cut and then used in a die-cutting machine to cut them into NFC/RFID tags. After separating them into strips, the labels are taken to the packaging center and attached onto the substrate. The labels are then sent for quality inspection. If there are no issues, Then you can package and ship the goods. This is the entire production process of NFC/RFID tags. I explain it in a very simple and easy-to-understand way. Here, I mainly want to tell you: if you need to find an NFC/RFID tag manufacturer, you can contact me. Contact information is at the top of the website, and I can take customers to visit the factory and provide on-site explanations.
