How are RFID tags produced? RFID tag production process
2014-04-03 · As the scope of RFID electronic tag manufacturing and applications in the market expands, these tags are gradually gaining popularity among many customers. However, many people do not know how such a small RFID tag is produced. Here, I will explain the process to help everyone better understand our RFID production process.
With the marketRFID electronic tag productionThe range of applications is expanding, and this tag is gradually gaining popularity among many customers. However, many people do not know how such a small RFID tag is produced. Here, I will explain the process to help everyone better understand our RFID production process.
1. Composite of RFID tags
Lamination means first making the electronic label inlay roll by roll and placing it aside, then placing 3M glue and printed fabric on the laminating machine. Through high-temperature lamination, the printed fabric, electronic label inlay, and 3M glue are combined together. This way, our electronic label becomes a semi-finished product, and then the next step is carried out.

2: Die-cutting of labels
After the previous step, we obtained a three-layer electronic tag. Since our products are custom-made, we need to use a die-cutting machine to get the desired size. The tag enters through the inlet, and the middle layer cuts out the desired size. The outlet produces the desired size, but since these labels are rolled in rolls, we can't use them individually. So we need to proceed to the next step: strip segmentation.
3. Label stripping
After obtaining a bunch of electronic tags, they still cannot be used, because our finished products are individually produced rather than in piles. Therefore, we need to slit the product into single rolls, and the task of separating them into single rolls is left to this slitting machine. The slitting machine can cut into rolls, making the final step easier.
4. Label testing and packaging
After cutting the slitting machine into single rolls, we need to peel off each label for inspection. If any label is found unusable, it will be invalid. Our testing is very strict. After detecting the result in such a rigorous environment, the product is packaged. Once packaged, it can be shipped. By now, you should know how our RFID tags are produced, right?
