We all know that the mold used for the punch press is standard 85.5*54, so the standard PVC card size is also 85.5*54. However, some customers require other sizes, such as if they want to make a round PVC card, and the size is 50*50mm. In this case, a separate mold is needed for the punch press, which usually costs between 1000 and 1200 yuan. The 1000 yuan is for a slightly less expensive metal mold. 1200 is a better hardware mold. Then, using the mold to cut out PVC cards sized 50*50,

Next, the key point: since the previous customer who made the mold has already done it once, and next time a new customer needs to make a 50*50 round PVC card, the second customer doesn't need to pay for molds and can directly use the first customer's mold. So, the first customer not only makes things more convenient for themselves, but also for future customers.

Simply put, if you need to make a card measuring 23mm by 56mm in width, and we have the mold to provide punch press services, you don't need to pay extra mold fees. So, the idea that existing molds don't need to be made is exactly that.
