So how is this foil stamping PVC card made? First, it needs printing, whether the parts require hot stamping or not. After printing, a panel is printed, then combined and stamped. The purpose of stamping is to turn a single large card into a small card. This is the key to making gold stamping cards. Next, we will make a gold foil plate, which is made to match the desired area or text according to the desired part. Then, place the hot stamping plate where you want it. After pressing with the machine, the gold paper on top of the hot stamping plate is firmly pressed onto the card surface. Once removed, a hot stamping card is fully produced.
