How much does a PVC card cost?

Common cards on the market, such as membership cards, IC cards, VIP cards, etc., all use PVC materials, and most cards are made from PVC, which is a very versatile material. For example, our student IDs and membership cards are all made from this material. Since it is a material, it also varies in quality. For example, poorer PVC materials have poor color payability, are prone to short folds, and have a short lifespan, while better PVC materials have excellent printability, are very vivid after printing, are resistant to folding, and have a long lifespan. Generally, good PVC cards are priced between 0.5 and 5 yuan, depending on the quantity, craftsmanship, and size requirements.

More specifically, you need to distinguish by process. For example, adding magnetic stripes, scratch layers, silk screen printing on silver background, etc. All require extra charges. Generally, a card has no more than four processes, so customization based on quantity, size, and other requirements usually won't be very expensive.

The specific PVC card process is as follows:
01. PVC cards can be designed according to materials provided by the customer, or design drafts can be provided by the customer. 
02. PVC card thickness ranges from 0.30mm to 0.76mm, and can also be made into other thicknesses. 
03. The standard size of PVC cards is 85.5mm x 54mm, with rounded corners. It can also be made in other sizes. 
04. PVC cards can be printed on either single or double sides, using screen printing or offset printing (CMYK four-color printing). 
05. Each PVC card can be sprayed with different numbers, PIN codes, or text. 
06. PVC cards can be added with signature strips or writing boards (areas where manual writing is allowed). 
07. PVC cards can be fitted with low-density or high-density magnetic strips (three-track magnetic strips) according to customer requirements. 
08. PVC cards can be embossed, and gold or silver stamping can be used on the embossed lines. 
09. Round or strip holes can be punched on PVC cards. 
10. Scratch strips can be printed on PVC cards (commonly used for recharge cards, phone cards, lottery cards, etc.). 
11. PVC cards can be labeled with various types of barcodes. 
12. The numbers on PVC cards can be arranged sequentially, or personalized or irregular numbers can be used. 
13. PVC cards can be made into square, round, and any other irregular shapes. 
14. The background color of PVC cards can be made in imitation gold or imitation silver.
