UV processing for card production

When making PVC cards, to enhance the visual and visual quality, we use many different techniques, such as gold and silver stamping, and also the UV ink production process we introduce here.

UV ink production: refers to the special card-making process when printing cards, using special ink or UV transparent adhesive to adhere to the card's surface, creating a smooth, delicate, and visually appealing appearance. The most common UV ink is black, but as customers' demands for printing quality and characteristics increase, we have achieved multicolored UV effects by perfectly integrating with adhesive dropping technology. We use the base color, then add a layer of transparent UV ink. Once fully dry, you can form a smooth, crystal-clear UV print.

UV membership cards have been distributed across various industries, including clothing, catering, property management, and other common life sectors. UV cards are also used to make magnetic stripe cards, IC smart cards, and irregular card cards.

When it comes to making cards alone, UV ink technology can already produce complex images. Production has increased constraints on designers and is becoming less and less. In Shenzhen, 15% of our customers have already chosen to use UV ink for card production. UV technology not only avoids fading issues like gold and silver foil but also looks grand and aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the cost of the UV process is not too high, and most customers can accept it.
