Chip card manufacturing process
We know that every product has its own production process, and chip cards are no exception. Now, let's take a look at the manufacturing process for chip cards.
1. Chip card design
Some chip cards require printing patterns, so the type of pattern to print depends on the design draft. The design draft is very important in printing; if the design looks good, the printed version will look good too.
2. Chip card printing
Once the design is done, printing begins. The printing requires a CTP plate, and after the CTP plate is sun-dried, the plate is placed inside the machine to start printing.
3. Chip installation
After printing, the customer's custom chip is installed into the middle material.
4. Packaging
After installing the chip, you need to package it and connect all the wires and other components.
5. Lamination
The chip is encapsulated, printing is complete, and lamination means covering the printed material onto the already installed material to combine them into one.
6. Push through the card
They wash away the large chip card made by washing it down into small cards.
7. Quality inspection
Each small card needs to be checked for defects, which is a very tedious and tedious task. Different manufacturers conduct quality inspections at different times, like usOnly cards are madeEach chip must be inspected more than three times. So our quality is good.
8. Shipping
No need to say much about shipping—the product is already made and ready for shipment. The above is the chip card manufacturing process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
