Product features

Highland barley paper insulating gaskets have excellent insulation, flexibility, and flame retardancy, while also exhibiting wear resistance, grease resistance, water resistance, and aging resistance. After die-cutting and molding, it can be bonded to the positive end surface of a cylindrical lithium battery, forming stable end insulation protection.

Main function

• Isolate the positive and negative surfaces of the battery from adjacent conductive components, reducing the risk of short circuits caused by accidental contact between the positive and negative electrodes.
• Reduces safety hazards caused by end-face insulation wear during transportation, assembly, and long-term use.
• Suitable for assembling electric vehicle battery packs, energy storage batteries, electronic device battery packs, and other cylindrical cell packs.

Optional structure

• 18650 single-strand hollow and single-spun solid core.
• Sections 2 to 7 are hollow or solid, and can be made in octagonal, rounded, long, or contiguous structures.
• It can also process cylindrical cell insulation gaskets such as 14500, 21700, 26650, and 32700 as needed.

How to use

1. Make sure the positive end of the battery is clean, dry, and free of obvious oil stains.
2. Peel off the release liner and align the holes of the insulating gasket with the battery's positive terminal.
3. After lamination, press appropriately before connecting the battery pack and assembling the subsequent PACK.
