Adhesive-backed EVA foam foot pads
EVA foam mats support round, square, and irregular adhesive die-cutting and can be customized according to size, thickness, hardness, color, and adhesive requirements. They are used for anti-slip, shock absorption, cushioning, and noise reduction in furniture, electrical appliances, electronic products, and hardware plastic parts.
Materials and specifications
Made of EVA foam material, single-sided adhesive, different densities, and surface textures can be selected according to usage requirements. Common colors are mainly black and white, with customizable hardness, typically referring to about 38 degrees Shore Scale; Thickness ranges from about 0.5–20mm; specific dimensions and performance are subject to actual material selection and order confirmation.

Die-cut shapes
Supports round, square, elongated, rounded rectangular, ring-shaped, and various irregular structures, capable of processing full-plate scrap removal, single sheet, contiguous sheet, or specified packaging forms. Quotations can be made based on drawings, samples, diameter, length, width, thickness, and quantity.
Scope of application
- The bottom of tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, sofas, and other furniture is non-slip and the floor is scratch-resistant.
- Cushioning, anti-collision, and noise reduction for door handles, windows, and hardware.

Pasting method
- Clean the surface of the sticky object, remove dust, oil, and moisture, and keep it dry.
- Remove the release paper from the back of the EVA floor mats, confirm the position, and align and fit them.
- Press evenly to ensure the adhesive surface makes full contact; If necessary, it can be cut to the appropriate size according to the installation position.
