Material structure

The surface uses a polyester film with a uniform matte silver coating, creating a soft matte silver effect. The basic weight of the dough material is about 105g/m² (±10%), with a thickness of about 0.075mm (±10%); Paired with permanent acrylic latex adhesive and white glassine backing paper, the base paper weighs about 80g/m² (±10%) and is about 0.070mm thick (±10%). Printing and processing

• For label printers with thermal transfer capabilities, it is recommended to use resin-based ribbons to achieve clear and scratch-resistant print results.
• Common finished product widths range from about 20–100mm, and can be customized according to label width, height, number of sheets, rounded corners, and spacing.
• Supports single-row, double-row, and triple-row die-cutting. By default, 40mm reels are available, but 25mm, 40mm, 76mm reels can also be negotiated.
• Tear thread or tearless structures can be made as required, and the paper output direction and winding method must be confirmed accordingly.

Product features

• Matte silver has a uniform surface texture, with clear printed characters and barcodes, suitable for long-term identification.
• Permanent adhesives have stable adhesion and are not prone to warping, making them suitable for flat surfaces.
• It has certain water, oil, scratch, wear, and tear resistance.
• Minimum labeling temperature is about -4°C; The reference operating temperature after 24 hours of labeling is approximately -40°C to +149°C.

Applicable scenarios

Suitable for model identification, parameter nameplates, barcode labels, and warning labels for electronics, electrical appliances, industrial motors, mechanical equipment, power adapters, household appliances, and digital products. Thicker material, better suited for flat surfaces; It is recommended to conduct sample testing on curved surfaces or small-diameter objects first.
