A 3 mm foam double-sided adhesive pad with reliable bonding, cushioning, water and moisture resistance, and temperature tolerance. It can be die cut into round, square, rounded-corner and custom shapes for drill-free mounting of car brackets, household hangers, office accessories and small devices.
Product Overview
This car-mount fixing pad uses a 3 mm foam carrier and double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive for bonding, cushioning and local gap compensation. The detail images show black and white options and round, square, rounded-corner or custom shapes. Common round diameters are 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm; square dimensions can be selected according to the bonded area and load. It is intended for clean, smooth glass, metal, wood, marble, painted smooth walls, tiles, aluminium frames, plastic and PVC, including car phone mounts, ETC cards, vehicle ornaments, hooks, picture frames, power strips, routers and nameplates. Clean and dry both surfaces, select the suitable size, remove one liner, then press evenly for about 10-15 seconds. Allow about 24 hours before use for a more stable bond; in cold conditions, gently warming the surface can help. It is not recommended for rough walls, wallpaper, peeling paint, textured or silicone surfaces, or high-risk loads such as valuable fragile items, large mirrors and hanging lights.
