ESD EVA foam is a black cushioning material with static-dissipative performance built into the EVA foam. Its reference surface resistance is 10^6-10^9 ohms and hardness is about 38 Shore, combining flexibility, rebound and impact absorption. Standard thicknesses include 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 mm. Parts can be sheet-cut, slit, adhesive-laminated or precision die-cut from drawings or samples into discs, frames and complex profiles. The material reduces electrostatic risk during packing, assembly and transport while absorbing vibration, compression and collision loads.

Procurement notes

Thickness, density, hardness and adhesive system affect compression recovery, cushioning and ESD performance. Approve a sample under the actual load, assembly clearance and service environment before mass production.
