Product overview

PC insulation sheet, also known as PC Mylar sheet, can be selected from PC, PVC, PET or PP and converted by slitting, punching, bending, adhesive lamination and precision die cutting. Thicknesses from 0.05 to 3 mm are available in black, clear, white or custom colors, with a reference service range of -40 to 150°C. It provides electrical insulation, separation, protection, flame resistance and structural positioning in electronics, electrical equipment, lighting, power supplies and automotive electronics.

  • Provides reliable electrical isolation between circuit boards, power supplies, transformers, displays and electronic components.
  • Flame-retardant grades can be selected to project requirements; reference material can meet GB8624-97 B1 without molten drops or toxic gases.
  • Reference service range is -40 to 150°C, with dimensional stability and resistance to softening, shrinkage and visible deformation.
  • Lightweight and easy to transport, drill, punch and cut; it can be cold-bent without readily cracking.
  • Optional properties include acid and corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, dust and slip control, heat and sound insulation, and shock cushioning.
  • Available adhesive-backed or non-adhesive and die-cut into discs, rectangles, frames, folded parts and other custom profiles.
  • Thickness, color, dimensions, resilience and functional grade can be combined to order for sampling, array die cutting and production.

Procurement notes

For quotation, provide material, thickness, color, dimensions, drawing or sample, temperature and flame requirements, adhesive format, quantity and packaging. Mark tolerances and assembly direction when bending, holes, split liners, conductive shielding or special layouts are needed. Before production, approve the actual material, cut edge, bending performance, dielectric strength and assembly fit.
