Flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant V0 grade PI protective film for mobile phone batteries
This PI material is specifically designed for mobile phone batteries. It has the characteristic of being V0 grade and has been verified by terminal testing.

It can withstand temperatures above 260°C, and can reach over 300°C in short periods. Suitable for thermal transfer printing and UV printing. Labels are solvent-resistant and have good abrasion resistance. It is also suitable for the top or bottom of the SMT process.
Material composition:
1. Coating (white ink coating)
2. Substrate (Polyimide)
3. Adhesive (Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive)
4. Release Base (80g White Grid Base)
Application areas
This material is specifically designed for the extremely harsh environments faced by printed circuit board processing. Mainly used for product tracking in PCB processing and component identification. No matter how harsh the process of labeling on a circuit board or component is, the label always guarantees high definition and stable readability.
