ESD Anti-Static Tape

Product overview

ESD anti-static tape is made from transparent PET film combined with an anti-static functional layer and a high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive. Its surface resistance can reach 10^6-10^9 ohms per square, helping reduce the risk of electrostatic build-up and discharge during electronic-product processing, assembly, packaging, transport and work in static-control environments. The tape remains highly transparent so it does not unnecessarily obscure product surfaces, display areas or identification information after application. It also provides strong adhesion, good conformability and stable holding power while allowing clean removal with minimal adhesive residue, making it suitable for transparent fixing, anti-static protection and clean release.

The reference thickness is approximately 0.06 mm, standard length is 18 m, and widths up to 960 mm can be slit to order. For electronic components, circuit boards, displays, mobile communication devices, cleanrooms or special packaging processes, also state the operating environment, cleanliness requirement, bonding duration and removal conditions so that adhesion, anti-static performance and delivery specifications can be confirmed. Sample testing is recommended before volume purchasing.
