Clear Non-Adhesive PET Film

Product overview

Clear non-adhesive PET film is a flat polyester film without a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Its high transparency keeps text, graphics and product condition visible. It resists water, oil, rain, moisture and mildew while providing useful hardness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. Clear, black, white and custom colors can be supplied as master rolls, slit rolls, fixed-size sheets or die-cut profiles. Reference uses include about 0.025 mm for packaging lamination, 0.125 mm for phone films, 0.25 mm for card stock and 0.3 mm for thicker bottle or forming applications; final thickness is selected according to stiffness, strength and processing needs.

Procurement notes

State thickness, width, length, color, transparency, service temperature, quantity and delivery form, including roll, slit roll, sheet or profile. For insulation, forming, printing or packaging, also state required stiffness, surface treatment and downstream process. Test the selected thickness for clarity, rigidity, dimensional stability, temperature resistance and processing compatibility before volume purchasing.
