Product overview

Double-sided conductive copper foil tape combines a copper foil carrier with conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive so that both faces form an electrical path. It provides conformability, conductivity, shielding and aging resistance for EMI line shielding, static grounding, soldering assistance and conductive bonding. Reference thicknesses are 0.06 and 0.10 mm, with a reference operating range of -10 to 120°C. Systems for higher short-term temperatures may be selected after sample confirmation.

Procurement notes

State total and copper thickness, width, length, conduction direction, resistance or shielding target, temperature, bonded surface, quantity and packaging. For precision structures, supply a drawing or sample showing ground points, overlap and die-cut tolerance. Test continuity resistance, peel strength, temperature and aging on the actual substrates before volume purchasing.
