PET Fluorine Release Film
PET film with a fluorinated release surface, offering high transparency, flatness, heat resistance, low thermal shrinkage, uniform coating and clean release for die cutting, protective films and adhesive conversion.

Product overview
PET fluorine release film uses dimensionally stable PET polyester as the base and a uniform fluorinated release layer on the surface. High clarity, smoothness, consistent coating and low particle levels combine with useful heat resistance and low thermal shrinkage. It serves as a carrier and release material in die cutting, lamination, printing and adhesive converting. Thickness, width, roll length and release force can be selected for silicone adhesives, high-tack systems and special peel requirements.
Product features
- High-transparency, flat PET base permits visual inspection and maintains processing dimensions.
- Uniform fluorinated release coating with a clean, low-particle surface supports consistent release.
- Useful heat resistance and low thermal shrinkage reduce deformation during heated lamination and processing.
- Provides reliable release from silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives and selected high-tack adhesive systems.
- Can be sheet-cut, slit into narrow rolls or supplied as master rolls with custom thickness, width, length and release force.
- Suitable for printing, die cutting, lamination and protective-film processing as a carrier and separation layer.
Applications
- Release liner for silicone adhesive tapes, silicone protective films and high-tack adhesive products.
- Carrier and separation film in precision die cutting, waste stripping, transfer and electronic-material conversion.
- Coating and lamination of screen protectors, optical films and other surface-protection products.
- Printing, laminating and tape production requiring a smooth, transparent release surface.
Procurement notes
Provide PET thickness, width, roll length, color, one- or two-sided release, release-force range, adhesive type, temperature, quantity and packaging. Silicone, acrylic and different coat weights require different release forces; provide an adhesive sample or current material details. Test release stability, thermal shrinkage, cleanliness and die-cut compatibility before volume ordering.
