EVA Anti-Collision Shock-Resistant Tape

Product overview

EVA anti-collision shock-resistant tape combines environmentally responsible closed-cell EVA foam with one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive and a release liner. The foam has useful rebound, cushioning, vibration absorption, thermal insulation, moisture and water resistance and chemical-corrosion resistance. Low water absorption and good sealing allow it to fill gaps, protect edges and reduce impact during transport and assembly. Thicknesses of 1-10 mm and widths of 3-1000 mm can be slit, sheet-cut, punched or die-cut to shape.

• Can be converted into model pads, discs, rectangles, corner guards and continuous strips for sampling or production.

Procurement notes

State EVA thickness, width, length, color, density or hardness, adhesive requirement, profile, quantity and packaging. For die-cut parts, submit a drawing with tolerance, holes, release method and array layout. Density, thickness and adhesive system affect compression recovery, cushioning and adhesion; approve samples under the actual load, clearance and environment before production.
