Plastic Bonding Transfer Tape Sheets

Product overview

This plastic bonding tape is a transparent pure acrylic adhesive film without a central carrier. At approximately 0.13 mm, it is protected by upper and lower release papers for clean storage, cutting and sequential application. A3, A4 and A5 sheets are standard references; outlines, holes and assembly profiles can also be cut to drawing. High transparency and limited thickness provide strong bonding between plastics, foam, flexible circuits, membrane switches and electronic parts without visibly obstructing the product. High initial tack assists fast positioning, while holding strength develops after application.

• Special high-tack grades, including AMK9471/9472-type references, can be evaluated for PP, foam and other low-surface-energy substrates.
• Not suitable without evaluation on powdery walls, textured leather, silicone/rubber, rough uneven surfaces or silicone-oil, release-agent and greasy surfaces.

Procurement notes

For quotation, provide thickness, A3/A4/A5 or custom size, plastic type, opposite substrate, surface flatness, temperature and water resistance, die-cut drawing, quantity and packaging. PP, PE, foam, plasticizers and mold-release agents cause different results. Clean the surface and test actual parts. Before volume production, confirm initial tack, holding, peel, heat resistance, residue, edge lift and die-cut tolerance.
