FM11NT0X1 is a tag chip developed by Fudan Microelectronics that complies with the ISO/IEC14443-A protocol and NFC Forum Type2 Tag standard. FM11NT0X1 is divided into three subtypes: FM11NT021, FM11NT041, and FM11NT081, corresponding to three different sizes of memory user areas. It can be widely used in outdoor electronic posters, SoLoMo applications, product identity verification, electronic shelf labels, Bluetooth and WIFI pairing, electronic business cards, NFC mobile phone standard labels, and more.

The total EEPROM capacities of the three products are 180, 540, or 924 bytes respectively, divided into 45, 135, or 231 blocks, each with 4 bytes
The three products have EEPROM user area capacities of 144, 504, or 888 bytes, divided into blocks of 36, 126, or 222, each with 4 bytes
The first 16 blocks of the three products can be locked as a single block (each block corresponds to one lock bit). For FM11NT021, storage intervals beyond 16 blocks can be double-locked (two blocks correspond to one lock bit); For FM11NT041 and FM11NT081, storage intervals beyond 16 blocks are locked every 16 blocks (16 consecutive blocks correspond to one lock bit).
Features optional enabled password-protected storage features, with a maximum number of password attempts configurable.
The CC area has OTP functionality, offering tear resistance to prevent malicious unlocking.
