Gold Foil Card Ordering Instructions
1. The correct draft is a CorelDRAW file; text, symbols, and graphics must be converted to curves.
2. Inner frame specification: 85.5mm * 54mm, outer frame size: 88.5mm * 57mm, card fillet angle 12 degrees.
3. Small raised fonts are size 13, large raised fonts are size 16, and can be represented in bold fonts. Small and large raised fonts containing spaces can be up to 19 bits. Embossed designs can be made with gold foil stamping, silver foil stamping, or other gold and silver foil patterns. Special requirements can be customized embossed designs.
4. The margin between the raised code and the card must be greater than 5mm, and the inner edge (top and bottom) of the magnetic strip partition card should be 4mm.
5. Make hot stamping cards: Do not press the magnetic card on the back of the raised code design, otherwise the magnetic stripe will not be susceptible.
6. The raised code design should not press against the barcode on the back, otherwise barcode data cannot be read. Leave empty space on the barcode card according to the barcode model provided by the customer.
7. Color gradation: The ideal stage range is 18%-85%. If the highlights are below 18% or the dark tones are above 85%, the color gradient is poor.
8. The color mode should be C, M, Y, K, with pure black text on both sides or a black background filled with K100, with solid color blocks and white text added.
9. The thickness of the lines must not be less than 0.076 mm; otherwise, the print will not be presented.
10. The background pattern or background color should not be set below 8% to avoid being displayed on the finished product during printing.
