Scope of application for parking cards

Parking card production process
1. Collect the customer's parking card design documents, or design them according to the customer's requirements (the design documents are generally in CDR9 format)
2. Before placing the order, the merchandiser prepares a parking card order confirmation document and submits it to the customer for verification. Only after verification can the order be placed and production proceed.
3. Parking cards are removed from the film by row and handed over to the offset or screen printing department to print the large size of the parking cards.
4. Combine the printed large front and back of the parking card print.
5. Cut the composited parking card into small cards from large pieces.
6. Submit the punched parking card to the quality inspection department for quality inspection.
7. After quality inspection, send the parking cards to each department for processing, such as: marking the parking card, coding, or small gold or silver engraving on the parking card, etc.
8. Conduct a quality inspection of the parking card after completing the entire process.
9. After the parking card quality inspection is completed, 250 sheets are sealed with inner film and 250 sheets are packaged in small boxes, packed into outer boxes according to the customer's quantity. The outer boxes for parking cards are: 500 boxes, 1000 boxes, 3000 boxes, 5000 boxes, and 10000 boxes.
10. Ship according to customer requirements.
