Card Introduction

Principle
To make the ink glow in the dark, fluorescent ink plays the greatest role, with fluorescent pigments as its main component. Fluorescent pigments are functional luminescent pigments. Their difference from ordinary pigments lies in that when exposed to external light (including ultraviolet light), they can absorb certain forms of energy and excite photons, releasing the absorbed energy in low-visible light, thereby producing fluorescence phenomena with different hues. Different colors of light combine to form exceptionally vivid colors, and when the light stops, the luminescence disappears, hence the name fluorescent pigment.
The colors displayed by the light can include red, yellow, green, blue, etc., with green being the most common. You can also make the color change.

Printing methods and precautions
1. Fluorescent ink is suitable for screens under 200 mesh
2. When the ink amount of printed materials is 50~60g/㎡, their color development and lightfastness are relatively ideal
3. When the substrate is transparent, white ink should be printed once to improve the fluorescence effect.
