    Non-standard cards refer to non-standard cards. What is an international standard card? We all know the card size is 85.5*54*0.76, which is the internationally accepted size: 85.5 is width, 54 is length, and 0.76 is thickness.

    Of course, depending on the customer's usage and purpose, the size requirements for the card will also vary. For example, some clients specializing in women's jewelry may ask us to make the card shaped like a heart peach to attract their customers. In that case, this peach-shaped card is called a non-standard card. Simply put, any card not measuring 85.5 mm wide, 54 cm long, or 0.76 cm thick is a non-standard card.

Non-standard cards such as rectangular, square, triangular, oval, and other geometric cards are called "non-standard cards"; Cards with special shapes such as animal or doll shapes are called "quasi-non-standard cards." Relatively speaking, the manufacturing process of "quasi-non-standard cards" is more difficult than that of geometric forms.

Common non-standard cards mainly have two uses. On one hand, they are used for badges, which vary greatly depending on customer requirements. The smallest sizes range from 20×MM to 40MM, which is more fittingly called badges. The largest sizes range from 90MM × 130MM.
