Manufacturing process
The manufacturing process for membership cards includes: frosted cards, transparent cards, matte cards, glossy cards, magnetic stripe cards, and barcode cards;
Membership card production methods for different types:
Glossy cards: The simplest and most common way to make glossy membership cards. It can be divided into screen printing, offset printing, and offset printing after screen printing. Screen printing, offset printing, and post-screen printing with glossy adhesive can be made by adding hot stamping, magnetic stripes, barcodes, and signature strips. The types and craftsmanship of PVC cards are the same as those of glossy cards, differing only in glossiness and tactile feel
Matte cards: Matte membership cards are similar to glossy cards: only the difference lies in the lamination of the pages and matte laminations during compositing. Matte cards cannot be foiled, magnetic stripes, barcodes, or other processes
Transparent cards: Transparent membership cards are made of transparent PVC material and can also be divided into screen printing, offset printing, and screen-printed offset printing. Transparent cards look superior to glossy cards.
Matte card: Matte membership cards are made in very similar ways to glossy cards. Only a layer of mature film is applied on the surface of the glossy card; the matte card looks neither as glossy as a glossy card nor as rough as a matte card.
