Fluorescent cards, also known as luminous cards or luminous cards, can emit light at night. Their biggest feature is that they can store light during the day when exposed to natural light, fluorescent lamps, ultraviolet light, etc., and then slowly release it in a fluorescent form after the light stops. Fluorescent card production method
The sample production method for this time is to use a knife to engrave the corresponding text or patterns on the surface of the card, The engraving depth is about 0.1MM. Then, the prepared fluorescent ink is applied to the engraved text or pattern. After the ink dries naturally, after being exposed to natural light or fluorescent lamps for a few minutes, it will glow in the dark. To prevent ink from peeling off during long-term use, we usually cover the surface of the card with a film that protects the ink from fading over time. High-quality ones can generally last about 5 years.

Fluorescent card hazards
The first generation of phosphor inks contained radioactive phosphor powder, which was made by adding radioactive substances to the phosphor and using the continuous radiation emitted by the radioactive substances to excite the phosphor to emit light. This type of phosphor glows for a long time, but due to toxicity and environmental pollution, its application range is limited.

06. Fluorescent cards can be added with signature strips or writing boards (areas where manual writing is allowed).
