Custom PVC Adhesive Control Panels
PVC adhesive panels are available in textured, transparent or matte-white PVC from 0.18 to 0.43 mm, with hot-melt, oil-based, 3M or foam adhesive, windows, embossing, one- or two-sided printing and custom die-cutting.

Product overview
PVC adhesive panels replace ordinary paper stickers that wrinkle, peel, abrade, corrode or fail under heat. Available materials include textured PVC, clear PVC with or without a surface film, and matte-white PVC suitable for reverse printing. Standard thicknesses include 0.18, 0.20, 0.24, 0.28, 0.33, 0.38 and 0.43 mm. Adhesive options include hot-melt, economical oil-based adhesive, high-bond 3M adhesive and special foam adhesive. Processes include through-windows, embossing, one- or two-sided printing, adhesive lamination and irregular die-cut shapes.
Product features
- Fine, clear printing resists ink loss and fading; heat-cut keypad areas remain stable under repeated operation.
- Graphics, logos, scales, windows, keys and instructions can be customized with vivid color and defined outlines.
- The plastic surface is water resistant and protects printed information during routine wiping and operation.
- Textured PVC offers coarse or fine grain and scratch resistance; glossy PVC reflects light and enhances color.
- Openings can clear displays, connectors and raised parts; embossed keys can reach about 1 mm and withstand frequent pressing.
- Multiple thicknesses and adhesives support prototypes, one- or two-sided printing, lamination and precision die-cutting.
Applications
- Machine nameplates, equipment overlays, keypad membranes, instruction labels and operating panels.
- Controllers, instruments, monitors, speed regulators and industrial display windows.
- QR advertising, brand marks, warning signs, dials and durable waterproof surfaces.
Procurement notes
For quotation, provide panel size, outline drawing, PVC finish, thickness, print sides, window positions, embossing height, adhesive, application surface, quantity and packaging. Check all wording, dimensions, holes and key direction on the proof before printing. Screen RGB and printed CMYK may show a normal color difference; confirm with a physical color sample. Test bonding, key life, water and abrasion resistance, window alignment and die-cut tolerance before production.
