1. The mirror card surface should be smooth, flat, free of deformation or bending, firm, and have a certain degree of elasticity, with no protruding foreign objects or discolored spots on the surface;
2. The mirror card body bonds firmly, without destructive external force, with no delamination or peeling;
3. The front of the mirror card has strong color separation, accurate registration, and a resolution of 300 dpi;
4. The images and text on the front and back of the mirror card are clear and have strong adhesion. No destructive external forces or highly corrosive liquids or gases are used; the card image and font remain unchanged, and the layout is accurate and error-free;
5. Accurate alignment of mirror cards on both sides of the mirror surface, with an error not exceeding 0.15mm;
6. The edges of the mirror card should be smooth and burr-free;
7. The card surface has a visible distance of 300-400mm, and when viewed from a non-reflective direction, there are no scratches or abrasions.

The surface of mirror cards can also be printed with other patterns. You can print the pattern on the card first, then leave a blank space to add the mirror material to achieve a personalized effect.
