The main processes for making personalized membership cards include:
1. Flatbed codes: There are printed flatcards and sprayed flats. Printed flatbeds can come in various colors, such as black, gold, silver, white, blue, red, and other colors.
2. Hot Stamping: For the hot stamping content, the line size should be at least 0.15mm to be stamped, and the area should not be too large. And it's best to avoid full-length creasing.
3. Labeling or hot stamping: Common labeling sizes include 5*18mm, 5*22mm, 5*26mm, 5*30mm, 5*35mm, and 6*36mm. The size of the label must not exceed 6*36mm.
4. Raised Numbers: There are large and small numbers. The large number is size 18, and a card can have up to 19 digits of the Bump Code, with spaces counting as one digit. The small size is size 12, and the raised size can be gold-stamped, silver-stamped, or laser-embossed. The distance between the protruding wire and the carding edge must be at least 4.5mm.
5. Magnetic strips: Magnetic strips are classified by resistance into high resistance strips and low resistance strips. High resistance strips are divided into 2750OE and 4000OE, etc., while low resistance strips commonly use 300OE; By color, there are gold, silver, black, brown, red, green, and so on.
6. Barcodes: Common barcode cards come in barcode sizes such as 128, 39, 13, 8, and cross 25 codes. There are barcode and printed barcodes. The position of the barcode must be doubled.
7. UV Printing: UV printing is generally best displayed on matte cards.
