Introduction to NFC Adhesive Dropper Cards
NFC glue cards refer to the placement of NFC chips inside the glue cards. Glue drip cards are made by applying a layer of glue to PVC cards, making them dustproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, wear-resistant, and drop-resistant, with transparency like glass. It has a good three-dimensional effect. This glue is transparent and relatively soft, and because it comes in various sizes, the thickness is usually only 3-4MM. It is compact, flexible, and easy to carry.

Mainly applied in NFC payments, membership management, points, consumption systems, one-card payment, product identification, school management, community management, access control and attendance, identity verification, and more.

Classification of NFC adhesive cards
1: PU adhesive
PU is the best type of glue among the laminating adhesives, generally used for higher-end products such as electrical signage and similar items. PU has the best bend resistance, and after three years or so, it won't crack or yellow.
2: Polishing glue
This adhesive can be used for grinding, polishing, and electroplating, and is generally suitable for decorating the surfaces of hardware products like keychains and belt buckles.
3: Curved surface glue
This glue is also a type of glue cartridge, made by mixing two-component liquids. Most importantly, it can be mixed with various epoxy color pastes. It can make products come alive and is generally used for surface decoration such as hair decoration and hair clips.
4: Rigid crystal dropping adhesive
This glue is the most widely used in the market because after applying glue, the surface is very hard and not easily bent. It is also a liquid mixture, characterized by high hardness and transparency.
5: Soft crystal adhesive
Soft crystal adhesive and rigid crystal drop adhesive are the opposite; they are more flexible, and the same features include high hardness and transparency.

Notes on NFC Glue Cards
1. Glue is not recommended for paper products. Because some dirt will appear.
2. The surface of the glue drip card usually shows some water marks or dust. Sometimes this is inevitable. You need to communicate with clients in advance. If the customer cannot accept it, they must use a particularly high-quality adhesive.
3. It's best to apply film to all glue cards. This not only helps the glue look better but also reduces the scrap rate.
4. For the perforated glue dropper clip, make sure the edges of the holes do not have burrs. Otherwise, scrap prices are higher.
5. Complex-shaped adhesive dropper cards have a higher scrap rate than conventional non-standard cards, so the scrap rate should be appropriately higher.
